Performance
An unmatched workout experience designed to enhance performance in all sports. Includes plyometric drills, speed and agility movement and strength training to improve endurance, coordination, balance, core stabilization and muscle definition. Training sessions are performed individually or in groups. Training sessions last approximately 1¼ hours by appointment only.
Group

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: (Based on Newtown Schools)
School Cancelations – All morning classes will be cancelled and there will be no childcare available. Please call to confirm evening classes.
School Delays – If there is a 90 minute or 2 hour delay, all classes scheduled before 9:30am will be cancelled. The 9:30am classes will move to 10:30am. All other classes will remain at their scheduled times. Childcare will open at 10:00am. |
