Having your Birthday Party at the NYA is fun and easy!
Our party packages provide fun and organized play, without the hassle and headache! With a full hour of activity and a half hour in our party room, your child will have a fun and safe experience provided by our staff, while you get to sit back and enjoy. With our different package offerings, you can customize your party to suit your child’s interests!

WINTER PACKAGES (HIGH SEASON)
November – April
Field House Sports Package
Ages 6-12
Package Price: $224
- 1 hour of Activities
- ½ hour in our Party Room
- Party Leader & Assistant
- 20 Invitations & Name Tags
- Optional Add-On: Inflatable Obstacle Course $75
- Choice of 2-3 Activities: Soccer, Dodgeball, Kickball, Wiffleball, Floor Hockey, Flag Football, Capture the Flag, various Tag & Relay Race Games, or Inflatable Obstacle Course (extra)
Inflatable Activity Package
Ages 4-6

- Activities Include: Parachute Play, various Tag & Relay Race Games, and our Inflatable Obstacle Course

All Birthday Packages – please note:
- Participant Limit: Due to room constraints, parties are limited to 20 guests.
- Days Offered: Parties are offered on Saturdays and Sundays at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, or 6pm
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date & time. If you need to change your party date or time for any reason within 30 days of the party date, a new deposit is required in addition to your final balance however, we do allow for 24 hr holds on any party timeslot if you are unsure before booking!
- NYA Invitations: As part of your package, the NYA will provide 20 complimentary invitations. Unfortunately, this packet cannot be mailed but will be ready for pickup within the half hour after booking for your convenience. Packets can be picked up any time the facility is open.
- Food: You are now welcome to bring in any food or drink you desire! If you would like pizza at your party, this gives you the option to shop around and choose your favorite place (and perhaps even save some $$). If you are interested in any sandwiches or platters, the Newtown Deli is happy to work with you in putting something together….and don’t forget, there’s always our Sideline Café if you need something in a pinch!
- Cake: Since the NYA does not have a refrigerator available for storage, we suggest bringing a non-refrigerated cake for your child’s party….and who doesn’t love cupcakes?!
- Paper Goods: The NYA is not able to supply any paper goods or table cloths but we will provide the tables, chairs, and all the necessary set up.
- Waivers & Liability: All guests must have a signed waiver completed in order to participate (included in NYA Invitations). Any parents that decide to stay must also sign a blanket waiver for themselves.
- Reservations Required: Due to the ever changing nature of the facility, all reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance and no more than two months prior to the Party Date.
