Fitness & Performance Training at NYA

It’s your workout … do it your way! The NYA Fitness Center features Cybex equipment, cardio with personal entertainment monitors, and free weights. We offer personal, group, team and performance training; wellness and nutrition, and group fitness classes.

Brand-new equipment, competitive membership rates and a family-friendly atmosphere make NYA Fitness the place to be!

Membership includes access to Fitness Center and 4 lane 1/9 mile track at specified times, Open court time when available and group fitness specials.

Children under 12 not permitted in Fitness Center.

Adult:  Single adult

Students: High School or full-time College ID required.
    Students under 18 require permission of parent / guardian.

College: College student specials - Summer, breaks, or yearly

Family: Household members (children 12-17 only).

NYA Track membership includes access to the 1/9 mile track on weekdays 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. and weekends 6-10 am.  No track events are scheduled during these times so just share the track with other members.

School Cancellations – all morning classes will be canceled and there will be no childcare available.  Please call to confirm evening classes.

School Delays – If there is a 90 minute delay, early A.M. classes will be cancelled and 9:30 classes will begin at 10 AM.   

Childcare will open at 10AM.

Personal

One-on-one organized activity designed to improve athletic performance or help attain a required level of skill. One-hour sessions for individuals, partners and groups are available;
by appointment only.

Performance

An unmatched workout experience designed to enhance performance in all sports. Includes plyometric drills, speed and agility movement and strength training to improve endurance, coordination, balance, core stabilization and muscle definition. Training sessions are performed individually or in groups. Training sessions last approximately 1¼ hours;
by appointment only.

Don’t go it alone! Sign up now for group fitness classes. Ongoing classes include Yoga, Fusion, Cardio Power and Pilates. Choose the workout that suits you and your schedule … and step up your fitness program today. More classes coming soon.
