Qualifications and Experience Matter Lead by the area’s highest qualified strength and speed coach Cody Foss MS, LATC, CSCS, PES and his staff. Athletes will utilize two great facilities and a great staff to prepare them like never before.
Two Locations Strength Training will take place at The Fitness Loft. An 8,000 sqft training center equipped with specialized equipment and a more intimate and focused environment to monitor strength training.
Speed Training will take place at The Newtown Youth Academy which features the area’s newest indoor training facility including a specialized track, turf field and several multi service courts.
Training Systems Our programs begin by building a strong functional base: focusing on balance, flexibility, body control, and strong core muscles before addressing strength and power. Programs are designed based on age, gender, sport and experience level of its participants. Programs will address:
Pre and post tests will be performed during training programs. Assessment will be utilized to provide goals and program design input. Pre testing data will also serve as a marker to monitor results. Athletes and Strength Coaches will be accountable together to achieve success.
